Chubb’s Comprehensive Service and Maintenance contract are ideal if you want to pay an inclusive fixed cost, to cover preventative system inspections, access to the 24/7 service helpdesk and engineer call-outs if required, with nothing else to pay for the life of the contract. Standard Service Contract
Chubb’s Standard Service and Maintenance contract provides regular preventative system inspections and access to our 24/7 service helpdesk and engineer call-outs if required at an extra cost. (Subject to terms and conditions).
What do our system inspections cover?
Video surveillance / CCTV System inspection (minimum of 1 each year)
Camera and housing connections, coverage, movements where applicable, performance and focus, brackets and fixings examined for signs of corrosion or damage, recording device checked for quality and accuracy of playback/retrieved images, telemetry and display controls checked, site and lighting assessment, alarm input operation and response. We will then document the visit and offer our expert advice on your system as well as answering any questions you may have.
Video surveillance / CCTV Service Check – Chubb also offers a service designed to automatically detect faults and operational issues on our video surveillance system through our state-of-the-art 24/7 monitoring centre. The checks are run at pre-determined intervals and any tests which fall below a defined threshold will generate an alert.
