Signature Optica

Signature Optica™ is the innovative smoke detector from Edwards that can distinguish between harmless and harmful particles. These devices meet the UL 268, 7th edition standard for smoke detection, aiding in the reduction of false alarms from common airborne products while maintaining vigilant watch for dangerous products of combustion.

• Backwards Compatible with existing Edwards Signature photoelectric smoke sensors.
• Available with optional heat and Carbon Monoxide Sensors

Addressable Manual Pull Stations

Manual Pull Stations allow you to manually activate the fire alarm system in case of an emergency. The Edwards Signature product family includes the SIGA-270 and SIGA-278 series of Manual Pull Stations, which are easy to recognize and easy to operate. Models are available for use in both single stage and two stage system.

• SIGA-270 model is available for one or two stage alarm systems.
• SIGA-278 is a double action single stage station
• Compatible on Edwards Signature Loop Controllers

Conventional 2-Wire Smoke & Heat Detectors

Edwards offers conventional smoke and heat detectors that can be easily swapped between the head and base units. These detectors use Optica™ smoke sensing technology and a high precision heat sensor to provide reliable and fast detection of various types of fires.

• Designed to tell the difference between real fire smoke and other kinds of smoke or steam
• Tri-color status LED, solid red for alarm, flashing yellow for trouble and flashing green for standby
