By requiring visitors to pre-register or register at self-service kiosk, not only can visitors information be accurately recorded, but the access to facilities can be granted through ID match, facial recognition, or QR code to heighten the scrutiny of a building or company.
Contactless entry
Once registered, visitors will receive an email with a QR code which can be used to access the turnstiles at the entrance. QR code access reduces the need for physical access cards and can easily be used through the visitor’s mobile device.
System integration
Integrate the visitor management with access control and select which parts of the office can be accessed with a visitor pass and which ones are off limit. This can protect high-security parts of the office and help keep track of the visiting hours of the visitors in case of close contact.
