Chubb monitors a range of devices, such as fire alarms, intruder alarms, lone worker and personal safety systems, and CCTV, as well as an unlimited range of information alarms, such as food storage temperature, to give overall peace of mind that businesses are protected.

Our innovative ARCs also offer a wide range of bespoke remote access control solutions to ensure that on-site staff remain safe and premises secure 24/7/365.  Activations are escalated to ARC agents in priority order, and the smart monitoring software gives agents exact instructions on handling the alarm event.

Highly trained agents can see these alerts in real time, and through automation, alarms can be prioritised based on their severity. Machine-to-machine technology can communicate  instantly with emergency services for the highest-level  alerts, so these alerts receive the most rapid response
