Rather than being on-call to deal with alarm activations out of hours, alarm response services are convenient and minimise potential loses if a break-in occurs and give you and your employees peace of mind.
When an alarm response guard attends an alarm activation, they perform a full check of your property according to any contracted instructions, if a genuine event is verified, they will contact the relevant emergency services and stay on-site to secure the premises.
Chubb monitoring customers have the option to use Chubb’s alarm response contractor, nominate their own guard service or respond to alarms activations themselves.
