It came together to celebrate its incredible people at the annual Chubb Superstars Awards.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Now in its fourth year, the Chubb Superstars Awards continues to grow \u2013 not just in scale but in meaning. This year, it proudly recognised 30 award winners from across our value streams and functions, reflecting its commitment to inclusivity and celebrating excellence in every corner of the business.\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">But behind every Chubb Superstar is a team, and that team often extends beyond the workplace. This year, Chubb took a moment to acknowledge the unsung heroes at home: the families, friends, and loved ones who support its teammates every day, helping them grow, thrive, and bring their best selves to work. Their support is a powerful part of the success that was celebrated.\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A Day Rooted in Connection<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Held at the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, the day began with a relaxed lunch and a chance for teams from across the UK and Ireland to connect. Despite the rain, the energy never dipped &#8211; it didn\u2019t keep the team from forging new friendships, strengthening team bonds, and sharing plenty of laughs.\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Outdoor challenges like duck herding and archery brought out everyone\u2019s competitive spirit, adding fun and light-hearted moments ahead of the evening\u2019s celebrations.\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Recognition with Heart<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This year\u2019s theme brought the outdoors in a natural, grounded setting for a night that focused on the people who go above and beyond every day. Guests gathered to enjoy a meal, share stories, and applaud the achievements of their peers. Each award winner\u2019s story was a reminder that greatness comes in many forms \u2013 from customer care and leadership to innovation and teamwork.\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Honouring Courage: A Life-Saving Act Recognised<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">One of the most powerful moments of the evening was the recognition of Dean Long, Engineer, who was honoured with the Global ValYou Award for Protect People First following\u202fhis life-saving actions. As his story was shared, the room rose to its feet in a spontaneous standing ovation \u2013 a heartfelt acknowledgement of Dean\u2019s extraordinary bravery and the impact of his actions.\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our People Are Our True Heroes<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Carla Sousa, Director, Marketing and Communications and the creator of the Chubb Superstars programme, shared:<\/span><br \/>\n<i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201cAt its heart, the Chubb Superstars Awards is about people. It\u2019s about recognising the teammates who show up daily with passion, resilience, and a deep commitment to the people around them &#8211; customers, teammates, and communities.
