Cloud Care Control is Chubb’s new cloud-based remote alarm monitoring solution for the telecare sector. The platform provides alarm and event handling to ensure vulnerable people remain as independent as possible, and remotely aids those patients in recovery, providing them with remote access to care.
When used with the Next Generation Network (NGN) infrastructure, the software provides fast and effective remote monitoring of personal alarms for end-users of public sector organisations, including councils, health and social care providers and housing associations.
With an emphasis on open design and interoperability at its core, Cloud Care Control provides scalability in adding new services and products to suit customers’ specific service needs, as well as taking full advantage of the benefits of a fully compatible digital solution.
Cloud Care Control is a real-time call handling solution to manage and respond to alarms triggered by a service user or device. It provides the ability to respond to many calls coming into a control centre from multiple sources and ensures that action is always taken at the right time, in the right place and by the right person. The platform enables seamless delegation of all alarms and alerts through a rules-based hierarchical design. The platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), providing a highly secure environment, with default scalability, regular updates, and an open platform environment providing flexibility to add new services and products across social and healthcare environments.
