Throughout my life I’ve strived for the next step, University provided me a challenge I hadn’t yet experienced and tested my resolve and fortitude, I strive to continuously learn and challenge myself with new environments and an apprenticeship within Chubb and sales offered me the opportunity to do this, from the appeal of learning new skills to gaining knowledge that could and has saved lives and livelihoods was the next step forward in my own career development.

With an ever-changing landscape, sales is a volatile market, I believe I’ve been able to plant foundations for future success within Chubb by grasping the opportunity with both hands and paved the way for continued development. I’ve taken on a coaching role for the new cohort and have began developing them into a successful demand generation role so they can eventually transition into my inside sales role, my career aspirations are to run a sales team and instill my values into the organisation.
