Angus Fire Firechief firefighting hose
Firechief is the result of considerable research and development designed to produce fire hose that offers all the performance advantages of extruded hose with exceptional lightness usually found with textile hose. The lightweight construction gives a tightly formed coil that occupies less space than bulky ordinary hose. Firechief’s thick PVC/Nitrile covering is heat resistant and has excellent abrasion resistance and is easy to handle at temperatures ranging from -15oC up to 50oC. The distinctive orange colour gives it clear visibility in dark or smoky conditions.

Angus Fire Aquafire firefighting hose
With outstanding performance, strong yet lightweight, the Angus Aquafire covered hose has superior heat and wear characteristics due to its all-in-one construction. The construction means that Angus Aquafire can be wiped down after use and returned to storage without the need for drying. Angus Aquafire Hose has been certified to AS2792:1992 in both 38mm and 64mm diameters.
Angus Fire Coverlite firefighting hose
Coverlite fire hose is a professional grade extruded hose with superb kink, abrasion and chemical resistance. Coverlite’s key advantage is that it does not require drying. This hose is used extensively in the mining, marine, petrochemical industries and extensively by fire brigades and Defence organisations. Angus Coverlite Hose has been certified to AS2792:1992 in both 38mm and 64mm diameters.
SuperCobra is an “H” class hose which remins light and flexible when wet or dry due to the use of synthetic yarns. PVA and polyester yarns do not swell in contact with water and therefore there is no loss of flexibility when the hose is wet. PVA is also one of the most abrasion resistant synthetic yarns making it ideal for use in a fire hose. SuperCobra is designed for use by fire brigades operating under rigorous and demanding conditions. Typical uses are urban firefighting, mining, marine and petrochemical sites.

Angus Hi-Vol water relay hose
Angus Fire’s revolutionary large diameter hose Hi-Vol is what the fire service has been waiting for. Available in diameters up to 305mm Hi-Vol eliminates the logistical nightmare of “spaghetti” on the fire-ground. It also enables water to be moved over long distances with minimal friction loss, using fewer pumps in relay than conventional hose. The amount of water moved by 8 64mm lengths of Duraline can now be moved by a single 125mm length of Hi-Vol. It is also being used for bridging municipal water mains damaged by earthquakes.

Super Aquaduct is a flexible layflat pipeline ideal for all emergency and temporary drinking water delivery operations. Super Aquaduct offers performance advantages over conventional rigid pipe including fast deployment and retrieval, easily stored and transported and it has a long service life.
